Holy shit, I forgot I was allowed to have fun.

We'll kick things off with camp, community, dinner, your Camp House, and the first of many reasons to laugh way too loudly.

Have fun.

MEET YOUR CAMP HOUSE.

You won't just have a room.

You'll have a Camp House.

Your own team. Your own identity. Your own ridiculous cheer.

You'll laugh together, compete together, and probably leave with a group chat you didn't know you needed.

I AM BRAVER THAN I THINK.

Through movement, embodiment, the Fear Lab, outdoor adventures, camp challenges, and a little help from your new favorite people, you'll explore what you've been afraid to do, and what might be waiting on the other side.

GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD.

Start your day with a PurSoma movement experience combining:

Somatics • Dance • Breath • Mobility • Embodiment

Not to change your body.

Not to perform wellness.

To come back home to it.

PLAY LIKE YOU MEAN IT.

We're bringing back the things we thought we were too old for:

Camp games.
Team challenges.
Scavenger hunts.
Outdoor adventures.
Ridiculous cheers.
Friendly competition.

And yes...

There will be prizes.

CAMP AFTER DARK.

Because wellness doesn't have to mean going to bed at 8PM.

Expect:

A DJ. Mocktails. Dancing. Themed nights. Photos. Campfires. Questionable dance moves.

And one very important rule:

Don't worry about looking cool. You already are.

THE CHEER SQUAD.

The heart of Cheer Camp.

You'll have a moment to say:

"The thing I'm walking toward is..."

And instead of getting advice or being told what you should do, you'll hear from the women around you:

I see your courage.
I see your strength.
I believe in you.

Because sometimes you don't need someone to fix it.

You just need someone in your corner.

YOUR CHEER RX.

Before you leave, you'll create your own PurSoma Cheer RX: a personal reminder of what you discovered, what you're ready for, and what you want to carry home.

Because Cheer Camp isn't supposed to end when you drive away.

It's supposed to follow you home.

I'VE GOT ME.

We'll slow down.

Reflect.

Connect.

Celebrate.

And leave with a little more trust in ourselves, a few more women in our corner, and hopefully a hell of a lot more joy.
