In this immersive class, you’ll be guided through a restorative soundscape created with the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other sacred instruments. These soothing frequencies gently wash over you, releasing tension, dissolving energetic blockages, and restoring inner balance.

As you rest comfortably on your mat, wrapped in warmth and stillness, the vibrations invite your mind to unwind, your body to relax, and your spirit to soar. Each note is played with the intention of guiding you into a state of profound peace and clarity.

**Bringing a pillow and blanket are encouraged so you can get as cozy & relaxed as possible. We will have limited blankets available for class.
