We focus on integrating gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to release tension, alleviate stress, and promote holistic well-being. Through intentional movement and deep relaxation, you'll tap into your body's innate wisdom and cultivate a greater sense of balance, vitality, and peace.

**Bringing a mat and water bottle are encouraged. We will have limited mats available for class.
