Redefining Self-Care
Our definition of self-care: the practice of taking deliberate actions to prioritize and improve one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves engaging in activities that promote self-nurturing, relaxation, and personal growth. It is an essential process of looking after oneself to maintain overall health and happiness. Self-care is anything that allows you to live a more intentional, happy, & healthy life, on your terms.
This transition does allow us to offer classes & events to non-members on occasion! Join the community & stay connected/updated by signing up to our monthly newsletter!
To maintain a strong and supportive community, prioritize the safety of our members, and uphold the integrity of our space, memberships are required for access to our facility.
**We do not offer drop-in classes without a membership. Membership includes a minimum of four classes per month, helping create a steady, connected community rather than a revolving door.
CANCEL anytime, without notice, hassle free!
Beginning in April, classes will be offered online while we look for and transition to a new space that is more aligned with our values & vision.
Learning new skills, shifting beliefs, and fostering curiosity. Prioritize daily habits that sustain mental well-being, as a healthy mind is the foundation for a fulfilling life.
Nurture your body through soul-led movement, nutrition, rest, massage, and self-care rituals.
Connect with spirit through meditation, gratitude, breathwork, and understand your ancient wisdom by slowing down and tapping in.
Prioritize meaningful connections with the self, your community, nature, and honor boundaries to increase happiness and reduce stress.
Life doesn't require perfect balance; recognizing areas needing attention and taking small steps is vital. Compounding tiny daily tasks for meaningful progress.
Intention allows us to make aligned decisions, deepen connections, and live with purpose, creating a more meaningful and harmonious life.
What do you mean by "women only" space?
Our space is exclusively for women and is intentionally designed to create a nurturing, supportive environment for women (this includes girls ages 12-17).
Men, and those who identify as women, are not permitted in order to maintain the integrity and purpose of our space (and to honor religious beliefs)- however, we do have lovely resources and know of spaces that would be more aligned!
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to respecting our community's guidelines.
Do/will you offer drop-ins?
Not at this time.
However, we do offer a monthly benefit for members: a complimentary class credit that can be used to bring a friend or family member.
We are a private studio devoted to women, offering a welcoming community hangout space for our members with a complimentary coffee/tea bar and light snacks to be used at our member's leisure.
This space is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday mornings, creating opportunities to nurture meaningful connections and foster supportive relationships.
To honor the safety, integrity, and strength of our community, access to our space is reserved exclusively for members.
We do offer workshops/events that are open to the public (after hours!). Keep an eye on our "UPCOMING EVENTS" schedule!
I have a membership. Can I just show up for class?
Sorry, no.
All members have access to a dedicated member portal where they can easily register for classes after purchasing a membership.
Since class sizes are intentionally set to maintain an intimate yet spacious atmosphere, and each membership includes specific class credits, registering in advance helps us ensure a seamless experience aligned with your membership.
Registering in advance also allows for us to notify you in the event we have class changes or cancellations.
I don't necessarily want to "work out". Is PurSoma still for me?
ABSOLUTELY!!!
We offer more than movement classes. We offer meditations, group reiki, sound healing, women's circles, tarot circles, tea ceremonies, and coming soon, breathwork sessions!
This is not your average studio space.
Will you offer any other classes?!
YES!!!
We are still growing our team and hiring instructors from diverse backgrounds to bring you an even greater variety of classes.
We’d also love to hear from you! This space was created with YOU in mind. If there are classes, workshops, or events you’d like to see at PurSoma, please share your ideas with us—we’re always excited to explore new offerings!
Email us with any questions!
